Are my online payments secure?

Yes. Your personal and credit card information is protected with the highest level of data privacy and security. We use the services of PayPal to provide all our customers with the highest level of security.

Do I need to register my products again with the change in versions?

No. If you have bought a previous version of our product, you can use the same registration details to register the new version. There is no extra cost associated with the change in versions.

How soon will I get the registration details?

Once your payment is cleared by PayPal, the team at FitnessApps will be sent an email and you should receive your registration details within 48 hours. If you have not received your registration details, please contact the team using the contact screen.

Why can't I find the resgistration details that were emailed to me?

Some email services such as Hotmal and Yahoo might move the email to your Junk folder. Please check your Junk folder before contacting the team at FitnessApps.

Is the trial version different from the full version?

Functionality wise, the trial and full versions are identical. The only difference is that the trial version will expire after 30 days of use. Once the product has expired, you will need to purchase a registration code to continue using the product.

Are there any hidden costs as your prices are very low?

No. The amount shown for a product is exactly what you pay for it. There are no hidden or ongoing costs associated with any of our products.

Does your products work on Mac systems?

No. All our product were developed and tested on Windows operating system. Our team is currently looking at other means of getting our product out to our customers.

When will I know about products that are currently work in progress?

To find out when a product is completed, simply join our mailing list using the contact form and the team will notify you.
